Welcome to C.A.N.D.I!

C.A.N.D.I is a community-based registered youth charity working with 11-25 year olds in the Forest of Dean. C.A.N.D.I provides 'drop-in' centers in Cinderford and Drybrook, along with weekly music/dance projects.
All services are free to young people and are managed by supportive, energetic and engaging youth workers and volunteers!

About Us

C.A.N.D.I addresses the lack of facilities for young people in Cinderford and surrounding parishes, providing safe, warm meeting places for young people off the streets and away from crime.

C.A.N.D.I has endeavoured to provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ philosophy, working with partner organisations to ensure young people receive a seamless service that is fair and equitable, giving a voice to young people.

C.A.N.D.I is open to young people 11 – 18yrs, providing facilities within Cinderford and surrounding Parishes.

C.A.N.D.I receives funding from town, parish and district councils and local business. Major funding is sourced by large charitable trusts.
